Format: Co-Ed Beginner & Intermediate Course.
Season: Super Social Sports Fit Camp lasts for 4 weeks with three different weekly camps to meet your busy schedule.
Three registration options:
Option 1: Early Bird
Mon., Tues, & Wed. 6-7AM
Option 2: Night Owl
Mon., Tues, & Wed 8-9PM
Option 3: Weekend Warrior
Every Saturday 8-10am
Week 1 - Focus: Lower Body/Core Strength
Week 2 -Focus: Upper Body/ Core Strength
Week 3 - Cardio Strength
Week 4 - Team Competitions
What to Bring: Water, yoga mat/large towel, dumb bells, and work out gloves (optional).
